February Rainforest Update

Climbed the mountain this morning with my dog, which is usually an afternoon activity, but the rains are coming, so…

Spring is definitely on her way. Was sung to by birdies and well face-webbed by spiders, though I didn’t spot any crocus. [Crocuses? Crocusi?] Tons of ’em in West Van, but not up this high yet.

This weekend is Valentine’s Day, NOT usually my fave, but it is Emma’s birthday, and I’m hoping that she and I will have a bit of news to celebrate with you then.  =)
